PINK!

Okay, so I'm really not a pink girl.

It's not that I hate it, but there are a lot of blogs out there that are all about PINK (sometimes, pink and green, which I had a conversation about last night in which I described my utter disgust for that color combination.)

But I asked my graphic design friend Lucy to throw something together. (Lucy is a crazy Scrabble whore who is mentioned so much throughout this blog that she even has her own keyword - read here.)

As a creative person myself, I like to give people free reign. I did that with Bria for Living With My Parents and I loved her work so much I decided to have it take up the entire page which looks awful but it will stay like that until my love affair for that banner dies down.

I told Lucy to throw together a new banner for me, since Blogger is all like "sorry, your banner got lost in Internet world." I mean I probably could have used a new one considering my blog was all black, white, and gray. Not too exciting.

Lucy's only guidelines were to create something that screams 'Christine Cackles.' Okay, so she sorta took it literally but I still love it.

Let me know what you think. Personally, I appreciate the Barbara Walters lighting on it.
